De Anul Nou nu doar adultii au voie sa savureze deserturi delicioase, trebuie sa ne gandim si la cei mici :D Va recomand aceste mini prajiturele cu morcov si ananas, fara zahar, indulcite natural, foarte aromate, gustoase si usor de tinut in manute mici :) La multi ani!
Ingrediente (24 mini prajituri):
- 150g ananas din conserva (fara zahar)
- 1/2 banana
- 3 lg seminte de in
- 2 lg ulei de cocos
- 1/2 lgt extract de vanilie
- 4 lg suc de ananas
- 150g faina integrala
- 1 lgt praf de copt
- 1 lgt scortisoara
- 1 morcov mare
- 50g stafide si merisoare deshidratate
Introducem in blender ananasul, sucul de ananas, semintele de in, vanilia, banana, uleiul si mixam bine, pana la omogenizare. Separat amestecam faina, praful de copt, scortisoara. Combinam cele 2 amestecuri si la final incorporam morcovul dat pe razatoarea mare, stafidele si merisoarele.
Impartim compozitia in forme micute de silicon si introducem totul la cuptor. Coacem prajiturelele aprox 20-25 de min in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C, pana trec testul scobitorii. Se scot din forme dupa ce s-au racit si se servesc pudrate cu putina scortisoara. Pofta mare, pitici! :)

For New Year’s Eve we should all enjoy great desserts, not only adults, we must think about the little ones as well :) I recommend these cute pineapple carrot cake bites, naturally sweetened, super tasty and easy t grab by little hands :) happy New Year!
Ingredients (24 pcs):
- 150 g canned pineapple, unsweetened
- 1/2 banana
- 3 tbsp flax seed
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp pineapple juice
- 150 g wholewheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 large carrot
- 50 g raisins and dried cranberries
Blend the pineapple pieces, juice, flax seeds, vanilla, banana until smooth. Separately combine the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Combine the 2 mixtures and fold in the grated apple and dried fruits.
Divide the mixture into tiny silicone molds and bake for 20-25 min at 170 C, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Pop out of the molds after they’ve cooled and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Enjoy! :)
