Cine vrea o masa gustoasa, consistenta, cremoasa, super „comfort food” si gata in maxim 30 de min sa citeasca in continuare aici :) Va prezint cel mai bun pui cremos cu ciuperci si parmezan, e o mancare minunata care a devenit una din preferatele noastre in ultimul timp:)

Ingrediente (4-6 portii):

  • 600g carne de pui (pulpe)
  • 2 lg ulei de masline
  • 300g ciuperci Champignon
  • 50g unt
  • 3 catei de usturoi
  • 300ml smantana pentru gatit
  • 50ml apa
  • 70g parmezan
  • 2 lg faina de migdale
  • 1 lgt guma xantan (optional, pt ingrosare)
  • 1/2 lgt pudra de usturoi
  • sare, piper

Incingem uleiul intr-o tigaie incaptoare si rumenim carnea tocata cubulete mici pana nu mai este roz si este bine facuta. O scurgem si o punem deoparte. Taiem felii grosute ciupercile si le rumenim si pe ele in tigaie pana se inmoaie putin si le scade zeama. Le punem si pe ele deoparte.

Pentru sos punem in tigaie untul si calim cateii de usturoi pisati cateva min pana devin parfumati. Adaugam smantana lichida, apa, faina, guma xanthan, pudra de usturoi, sare, piper si parmezanul si gatim totul putin pana se ingroasa.

Adaugam in sos ciupercile si carnea de pui, amestecam bine si servim fierbinte, cu marar proaspat tocat deasupa. Mega super bunnnn! :)

Who wants a tasty, filling, creamy, super „comfort food”, ready in max 30 min meal should keep reading :) This is the best ever creamy Parmesan mushroom chicken, a wonderful dish that has become one of our favorite lately :)

Ingredients (4-6 servings):

  • 600 g chicken meat (thighs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 300 g Champignon mushrooms
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 50 ml water
  • 70 g Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum (optional, for thickening)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt, pepper

Heat the oil in a large pan and saute the chopped chicken meat until well cooked and not pink anymore. Set aside and cook the chopped mushrooms and well. Set them aside also.

For the sauce add the butter and mashed garlic to the pan, cook for a couple of min until fragrant. Add the heavy cream, water, flour, xanthan gum garlic powder, salt, pepper and Parmesan and cook until it thickens nicely.

Add the mushrooms and cooked chicken to the sauce, mix well and serve hot, with freshly chopped dill. Super tasty! :)
