Dupa cateva zile in care m-am simtit rau, am reusit sa ma mobilizez sa pregatesc ceva nou pentru blog, asta ma incarca mereu cu energie :) Iata asadar o reteta simpla si foarte gustoasa, pentru pranz sau cina: pui cu ciuperci si bacon.

Ingrediente:

  • 4 pulpe dezosate de pui
  • 3 fasii de bacon
  • 250g ciuperci brune
  • 1 cub de unt (25g)
  • 3 catei de usturoi
  • 150ml smantana lichida
  • 100ml vin alb
  • sare, piper
  • cateva frunzulite de cimbru

Incingem untul in tigaie si rumenim bine pulpele de pui. Le scoatem si adaugam baconul, il rumenim bine. Adaugam apoi ciupercile feliate, sare si usturoiul pisat, le gatim pana se inmoaie putin.

Adaugam pulpele, piper, cimbru, vinul alb si gatim totul pana pulpele de pui sunt bine facute. Le scoatem si adaugam smantana lichida, amestecam bine sosul cremos de ciuperci.

Acum puteti adauga optional niste parmezan ras. Eu am mai rumenit putin pulpele de pui intr-o tigaie inainte de servire. Servim puiul cu ciuperci si sos. Pofta mare! :) P.S. – Mai am o varianta aici.

ENGLISH VERSION

After a couple of days of feeling very sick, I managed to prepare a new recipe for my blog, that always makes me feel better :) So here is a super quick and delish recipe, perfect for lunch or dinner: mushroom and bacon chicken.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 bacon strips
  • 250 g brown mushrooms
  • 1 cube of butter (25 g)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 150 ml heavy cream
  • 100 ml white wine
  • salt, pepper
  • a few thyme leaves

Heat the butter in the pan and nicely brown the chicken meat on all sides. Remove from the pan, add the bacon, cook it until nice and crips. Add the sliced mushrooms, salte, mashed garlic, cook until softened.

Add the chicken meat again, pepper, thyme, white wine and cook until the meat is tender. Remove the chicken and add the heavy cream, mix well. Now you could add a little parmesan.

I browned the chicken thighs a little more in another pan before serving. Serve the chicken with mushrooms and the delicious sauce. Enjoy! :) P.S. – I’ve got another version here.
