De cand am descoperit cele mai bune lipii keto, abia asteptam sa fac o QUESADILLA cu ele, imi era ataaaat de pofta! :)) Si m-a „bantuit” imaginea feliilor umplute cu branza care se intinde toata ziua, iar cand am ajuns acasa am facut o bunatate de quesadilla pe care v-o recomand calduros. Poate fi umpluta doar cu legume si branza, dar mie imi place si cu carne :) O mancare super gustoasa, hranitoare si foarte rapida care trebuie incercata: Quesadilla keto.

Ingrediente (2-4 portii):

  • 2 lipii keto (reteta aici)
  • 150g carne de pui
  • 90g mozzarella rasa
  • 70g bacon
  • 1/2 ardei gras
  • 2 felii de cheddar
  • 1 lg ulei de cocos/unt pt tigaie
  • avocado si iaurt pentru servit

Incingem uleiul in tigaie si gatim carnea de pui tocata cubulete mici pana e rumena si apetisanta :) Adaugam baconul cubulete si gatim totul pana acesta din urma e crocant, iar la final adaugam si ardeiul gras tocat, mai lasam amestecul pe foc 1 min pana ardeiul se inmoaie.

Punem compozitia deoparte. Asezam in tigaia incinsa o lipie, o incalzim pe ambele parti, apoi presaram pe ea jumatate din cantitatea de mozzarella. Dupa 1-2 min, adaugam pe jumatate din ea amestecul de carne si felia de cheddar. Pliem quesadilla pe jumatate, o presam usor, apoi o intoarcem pe partea cealalta si o mai gatim 30-60 sec.

Repetam si cu cealalta lipie. Taiem cele 2 quesadilla in 2 sau 3 triunghiuri si le servim calde, cu avocado si sos de iaurt, eu am avut niste tzatziki. YUMMY! Pofta mare! :)

Since discovering the best keto flatbread recipe, I was dying to try a QUESADILLA, I was so craving that! :)) And the image of melting cheese „haunted” me all day long, so when I got home I made this beautiful keto quesadilla I warmly recommend. It can be filled only with cheese and veggies, but I like the meat in it :) A super tasty, nourishing and filling recipe you need to try.

Ingredients (2-4 servings):

  • 2 keto flatbreads (recipe here)
  • 150 g chicken meat
  • 90 g grated mozzarella
  • 70 g bacon
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 2 cheddar slices
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil/butter for the pan
  • avocado and yogurt for serving

Heat the oil in a pan and cook the finely chopped chicken meat until well done. Add the diced bacon and cook until crisp, in the end add the diced pepper and cook one more min, until softened.

Set the filling aside. Add one flatbread in the pan, warm on both sides, then add half of the mozzarella all over it. After 1-2 min, add on one half of it the meat filling, one cheddar slice and fold in half. Press gently, flip and cook on the other side 1 more min.

Repeat with the other flatbread. Cut the quesadilla in 2 or 3 triangles and serve wart, with avocado, yogurt sauce. I had some Tzatziki. YUMMY! Dig in! :)
