Daca va plac dimineata cerealele cu lapte, dar vreti sa mancati sanatos, acest mic dejun e pentru voi :) Quinoa cu nuci, stafide si scortisoara. Extrem de hranitor, dulce si satios, e un mod perfect de a incepe ziua :) Ilincai ii place varianta fara nuci la nebunie :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

Clatim bine quinoa (pentru a indeparta gustul amarui) si o fierbem in laptele de migdale aprox 20 de min, pana centrul unei bobite devine translucid si aceasta se umfla.

Adaugam apoi stafidele, siropul de artar, scortisoara, nucile si amestecam bine. Dupa 10-15 min, stafidele vor absorbi din lichid si scortisoara va invalui complet acest mic dejuno-desert fabulos :) Pofta mare!

If you like your milk and cereals in the morning but also want to eat healthy, this breakfast is for you :) Cinnamon, nut and raisin quinoa. Super nutritious, sweet and filling, it’s a perfect way to start the day :) Ilinca loves the nut free version :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 cup quinoa (100g)
  • 2 cups almond milk (250ml)
  • 3-4 tbsp brown raisins
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
  • 2-3 tbsp nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Rinse the quinoa (to remove the possible bitter taste) and boil in the almond milk for 20 min, until the center is translucid and fluffy. Add the raisins, maple syrup, cinnamon and nuts and mix well to combine. In about 10-15 min, the raisins will absorb the liquid and the cinnamon will |take over” this fabulous breakfast/desert :) Enjoy!
