La multi ani, dragilor! Sa incepem noul an cu dreptul: cu legume :) Dupa mesele imbelsugate de sarbatori va poftesc la o mancare usoara de post, sanatoasa, ieftina si super gustoasa: radacinoase la cuptor :)

Ingrediente (2-3 portii):

  • 1 cartof dulce
  • 3 morcovi mari
  • 2 cepe rosii
  • 1 radacina de telina
  • 1 sfecla rosie
  • 2 bucati de pastarnac
  • 4 fire de rozmarin
  • 3 lg ulei de masline
  • sare si piper

Spalam bine, decojim si taiem cubulete toate legumele, le intindem intr-un singur strat pe pe o tava mare, le stropim cu uleiul de masline, rasnim sare si piper deasupra.

Punem crengutele de rozmarin printre legume si coacem totul cam o ora, in functie de cat de mari am taiat bucatile, pana se rumenesc frumos. Le servim ca garnitura sau fel principal vegetarian :) Pofta mare!

*Baby-friendly: folositi foarte putina sare doar dupa varsta de 1 an, iar piper cu masura, fiind un condiment puternic si iritant gastric.

Happy New Year,  everyone! Let’s have a veggie beginning of the year :) After these holidays’ heavy meals, I invite you to a light, vegan, cheap, tasty dish: roasted root vegetables :)

Ingredients (2-3 servings):

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 3 large carrots
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 celeriac
  • 1 beetroot
  • 2 parsnips
  • 4 rosemary threads
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Wash, peel and chop all the vegetables, place them on a large baking tray, drizzle olive oil over them and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the rosemary threads among the veggies and bake everything for about 1 hour, depending on the size the pieces, until nicely brownish. Serve as side dish or vegetarian main course :) Enjoy!
