Azi avem o noua reteta inedita de-a mea, si anumeeeee tine-ti-va bine: ridichi coapte! :)) Nu am innebunit, se practica asa ceva, pentru ca prin coacere, ridichile devin mai dulci, aromate, aduc putin a cartof copt. Aceste ridichi coapte sunt o excelenta garnitura low carb si pot substitui cartofii in orice salata :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 300-400g ridichi
  • 1 lg ulei de masline
  • sare, piper
  • patrunjel
  • sucul de la 1 lamaie
  • 1 lg mustar Dijon
  • 2 lg ulei de masline

Spalam ridichile, le taiem motul si le taiem in jumatate sau in 4, in functie de cat de mari sunt. Le asezam pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si turnam 1 lingura de ulei de masline peste ele, le mozolim usor.

Le coacem la 170C timp de aprox 20-25 de min, cu ventilatia pornita, pana se rumenesc frumos. Pentru dressing amestecam cu un tel sucul de lamaie, uleiul de masline, mustarul, sare si piper. Turnam totul peste ridichi si presaram patrunjel tocat. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Today we’ve gt one of my special recipes, roasted radishes! No, I haven’t gone crazy, roasting them is something actually popular, this way they become sweeter, full of flavor, resembling baked potatoes. And they are a great substitute for potatoes in low carb salads :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 300-400 g radishes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • parsley
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Wash the radishes, trim their ends and cut them in 2 or 4, depending on their size. Place them on a tray lined with baking paper, drizzle olive oil over them, gently coat them.

Bake at 170 C for about 20-25 min, ventilation on, until the brown nicely. Fro the dressing mix the lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the radishes and sprinkle chopped parsley. Enjoy! t
