Am savurat aceasta rulada raw (initial denumita cozonac) a Oliviei Steer preparata chiar de ea la unul din seminarele de gatit organizate de Plafar. M-a cucerit pe loc. Este un desert extrem de sanatos, foarte aromat (combinatia de mac si coaja de portocala e delicioasa), iar o feliuta-doua va vor satisface pofta de dulce fara nici un sentiment de vina :)
Ingrediente (12 portii):
- 300g caju crud
- 3 lg sirop de agave
- 2 lg ulei de cocos
- 1 lg apa plata
- semintele de la o pastaie de vanilie
- 200g seminte de mac
- 100g sirop de agave
- coaja rasa fin de la 1 portocala
Simplu de tot! :) Pentru blat: rasnim caju-ul si amestecam faina rezultata cu siropul de agave, uleiul de cocos, semintele de vanilie si o lingura de apa pana obtinem o coca moale. O intindem cu grija pe o hartie de copt.
Pentru crema: rasnim semintele de mac si le amestecam cu siropul de agave si coaja rasa de portocala. Intindem crema peste blatul de caju, rulam cu grija si punem la rece, apoi feliem si savuram in liniste, pe o bancuta la soare :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION
I tasted Olivia Steer’s poppy seeds roll at one of her cooking seminars organized by Plafar. It was love at first sight :) It’s an extremely healthy desert, full of flavor (the poppy and orange combination is a delight) and a thin slice or two will satisfy that sweet tooth without any kind of guilt :)
Ingredients (12 servings):
- 300 g raw cashew
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp water
- seeds from 1 vanilla bean
- 200 g poppy seeds
- 100 g agave syrup
- zest of 1 orange
So easy! :) For the „batter”: finely grind the cashews and mix them with agave syrup, coconut oil, vanilla seeds and 1 tablespoon of water until you obtain a soft dough. Gently roll it on a baking paper.
For the filling: grind the poppy seeds and mix them with the agave syrup and orange zest. Spread the filling over the cashew layer and gently roll it, applying slight pressure. Place it in the fridge, then slice it and enjoy it on a bench in the sun :)
