O salata delicioasa pentru care merita sa aprindem gratarul, chiar si vara :) Salata calda de dovlecei. Excelenta ca garnitura sau savurata asa goala cu paine proaspata :)

Ingrediente (2-3 portii):

  • 1 dovlecel
  • 1 dovlecel zucchini
  • 1 dovlecel galben
  • 200g branza de capra (sau tofu)
  • o mana de fulgi de migdale
  • cateva frunze de menta
  • 2 lg ulei de masline
  • 1 lg otet balsamic
  • sare si piper

Spalam bine dovleceii si ii feliem subtire. Rumenim rondelele de dovlecel pe gratar, cu grija sa nu se arda prea tare, apoi le aranjam frumos pe o farfurie sau un platou mare. Mi s-a parut de efect sa folosesc dovlecei in 3 culori :)

Punem in centrul platoului branza faramitata, presaram deasupra fulgi de migdale rumeniti in tigaie, frunze de menta tocate, ulei de masline, otet balsamic, sare si piper. Savuram repede salata, cat e calda. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

A delicious salad that makes turning on the grill on a hot summer day worth it :) Warm zucchini and courgette salad. It’s excellent as a side dish or eaten just like that with fresh bread :)

Ingredients (2-3 servings):

  • 1 courgette
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 yellow courgette
  • 200 g goat cheese (or tofu)
  • a handful of almond flakes
  • a few mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Wash the courgettes and zucchini really well and thinly slice them. Cook the slices on the grill, then nicely arrange them on a large plate. I thought it was nice to use 3 colors :)

Place the crumbled cheese in the middle of the plate, sprinkle roasted almond flakes, chopped mint leaves, drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy quickly, while it’s still warm :)
