Ilincai ii plac mult pastele si mie branza mozzarella, asa ca azi am pregatit pentru pranz o mancare super rapida, cu aroma de vara, dar si satioasa, pentru ca are in compozitie si paste, si branza mozzarella :) Salata Caprese cu paste. Buna de tot!

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 100 paste fusilli
  • 100g mozarella
  • 50g masline negre fara samburi
  • 150g rosii cherry
  • 1 lgt ulei de masline extra virgin
  • 1 ceapa rosie mica
  • cateva frunze de busuioc

Mai intai fierbem pastele conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj. Puteti folosi orice fel de paste va plac sau aveti in casa. Taiem rosiile, tocam frunzele de busuioc, ceapa (eu nu am folosit ceapa) si feliem maslinele. Scurgem pastele bine, apoi amestecam bine toate ingredientele, adaugand si putin ulei de masline. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION 

Ilinca loves pasta and I am a mozzarella fan, so today I prepared a super quick summer tasting lunch: caprese pasta salad, super filling thank to the mozzarella and pasta, and very tasty :)

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 100 g fusilli pasta
  • 100g mozarella
  • 50 g pitted black olives
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small red onion
  • a couple of  basil leaves

First boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package. You can use any pasta you like or have in your pantry. Chop the tomatoes, basil and onion (I didn’t put onion), slice the olives. Drain well the pasta and combine everything, adding a little extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy!
