Ador salatele si imi place sa le prepar cat de des cu putinta. Daca au si ceva consistent in ele, cu atat mai bine :) Aceasta salata de cartofi e foarte satioasa, iar combinatia de ou si cartof cu dressingul acrisor e absolut delicioasa.

Ingrediente (4 portii):

  • 500g cartofi
  • 3 oua
  • 200g fasole verde
  • 100g masline
  • 100g spanac tanar
  • o mana de crutoane
  • 3 lg capere

Dressing: 

  • 1 catel de usturoi pisat
  • 2 lg ulei de masline
  • 1 lg otet de mere
  • 1 lgt mustar

Fierbem ouale tari (sau cu galbenusul putin moale cum va plac voua :), coacem cartofii (cei mai buni sunt cartofii noi) si fierbem fasolea verde.

Asezam frumos pe un platou cartofii taiat cubulete, ouale taiate in jumatati, fasolea verde, maslinele, caperele si spanacul, cu grija sa nu le zdrobim. Separat mixam toate ingredientele pentru dressing. Inainte de servire adaugam in salata crutoanele si turnam dressingul deasupra. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

I LOVE salads and I make them as often as possible, if they have something very filling in them, the better :) This potato salad is mega delish and the egg – potato — sour dressing combination is really delicious.

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 500g potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 200g green beans
  • 100g olives
  • 100g baby spinach
  • a handful of croutons
  • 3 tbsp capers

Dressing: 

  • 1 garlic clove, smashed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard

Hard boil the eggs (or with the egg yolk a little runny, as you like them), bake the potatoes (fresh baby potatoes are the best) and boil the green beans.

Nicely arrange on a platter the potatoes cut into chunks, eggs cut in half, green beans, olives, spinach and capers, carefully not to mash them. Separately mix all the ingredients for the dressing, add the croutons to the salad and pour the dressing all over the platter. Enjoy!
