O salata perfecta :) Foarte gustoasa si consistenta, low-carb, guilt-free, silueta-friendly, cu multe vitamine si tot ce mai vreti :)) Salata de conopida. A, si se face si foaarte repede :) Mie imi place la nebunie. Voua?
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 1 conopida
- 2 tije de telina Apio
- 1/2 ceapa rosie mica
- 2 oua fierte tari
- 1 legatura de patrunjel
- 2 lg maioneza
- 1 lgt mustar
- sare, piper
Taiem conopida in buchetele mici si o punem la fiert. Eu am preparat-o la aburi si a iesit nesperat de gustoasa :) O lasam sa se raceasca, apoi o amestecam cu telina Apio, ceapa si patrunjelul tocate marunt. Deasupra punem ouale fierte taiate in 4 si asezonam cu un sos facut din maioneza, mustar, sare si piper. Pofta mare!

A perfect salad :) Very tasty and filling, low-carb, guilt-free, diet-friendly, full of vitamins and whatever you like :)) Oh, and it’s prepared in an instance :) I love it. Don’t you?
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 celery sticks
- 1/2 small red onion
- 2 eggs hard boiled
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
Chop the cauliflower into small florets and boil it. I prepared it with a steamer and it was incredibly tasty :) Let it cool, then gently mix it with the chopped celery sticks and parsley. Place the boiled eggs cut in 4 on top and season with a sauce made from mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
