O masa consistenta si super rapida pentru cei grabiti sau cei care ajung mereu seara tarziu acasa. Salata de fasole si ton. Rozmarinul si lamaia dau o nota de prospetime foarte placuta in combinatie cu consistenta boabelor de fasole :) Bunnna de tot!
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 1 conserva de fasole alba (400g)
- 1 conserva de ton in suc propriu
- 1/2 ceapa rosie
- 1 lgt ulei de masline
- sucul de la 1/2 lamaie
- un fir de rozmarin
- sare si piper dupa gust
Curatam, taiem ceapa solzisori si tocam rozmarinul marunt. Scurgem tonul si boabele de fasole si le amestecam cu ceapa, zeama de lamaie, ulei de masline, sare si piper. Sa avem pofta!
ENGLISH VERSION
A nutritious and fast meal for those always in a hurry or those who come back late from work. Bean and tuna salad. The rosemary and lemon give a very pleasant hint of freshness in combination with the filling beans :) Soo good!
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 1 can white beans (400 g)
- 1 can of tuna in water
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 tsp olive oil
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- one thread of rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
Peel and slice the onion, finely chop the rosemary. Drain the tuna and beans and mix them with the onion, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
