Nu o sa ma credeti cat de buna e pana nu o incercati :) Salata de mar, merisoare si quinoa. Am descoperit-o la cei de la Frufru cand am tinut programul lor de Detox si mi-a placut atat de mult incat am zis ca trebuie neaparat sa o incerc si eu acasa. E super simplu de facut, iar combinatia de arome e ceva absolut senzational :)

Ingrediente (2-3 portii):

  • 100g quinoa
  • 2 mere rosii
  • 100g merisoare deshidratate
  • 3 lg miere (sirop de artar/agave pentru vegani)
  • o mana de migdale crude
  • sucul de la 1 lamaie
  • frunze de menta
  • putin piper negru (nu-l omiteti, intensifica aromele:)

Fierbem quinoa (1 masura de quinoa in 2 masuri de apa), o scurgem apoi si o amestecam cu merele taiate cubulete, migdalele, merisoarele si menta tocata.

Peste aceasta treaba turnam zeama de lamaie, mierea si un praf de piper proaspat macinat. Mozolim bine tot, lasam putin sa se intrepatrunda aromele si apoi papam. Ei, cum e? V-am zis eu :D Pofta mare!

You won’t believe how delicious this salad is until you’ve tasted it :) Apple, cranberry and quinoa salad. I discovered it in a 2 day detox program and I loved it so much I thought I should definitely try it at home. It’s super simple to make, but the flavors combination is absolutely sensational :)

Ingredients (2-3 servings):

  • 100 g quinoa
  • 2 red apples
  • 100 g dried cranberry
  • 3 tbsp honey (maple or agave syrup for vegans)
  • a handful of raw almonds
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • mint leaves
  • a pinch of pepper (do’t skip this, it brings out the flavors :)

Boil the quinoa (2-1 ratio water-quinoa), drain it and combine it with the diced apples, roughly chopped almonds, cranberry and mint leaves. Pour lemon juice and honey over this, then sprinkle some freshly ground pepper. Mix everything, wait for the flavors to combine and then serve. Well, what do you think? I told you so :D Enjoy!
