Proiectul 7 zile raw decurge bine si ma simt excelent! :) Iata ce am mai gatit: o salata de morcovi absolut dementiala, foarte aromata. Morcovii se marineaza intr-un sos delicios facut din ulei de masline, sos de soia, sare de Himalaya si piper cayenne picant, avem si ceapa rosie crocanta, si chimen, susan… Mmmmmm… Declar aceasta salata o nebunie! :)
Ingrediente (1 portie):
- 3 morcovi
- 1/2 ceapa rosie
- 1 lg seminte de chimen
- 1 lg seminte de susan
- 3 lg sos de soia (sau sos tamari, varianta fara gluten)
- 1 lg ulei de masline
- cateva fire de patrunjel
- sare de Himalaya
- piper cayenne
Curatam morcovii si taiem fasii lungi cu ajutorul ustensilei de decojit. Ii puteti da si pe razatoare daca doriti. Tocam ceapa si patrunjelul si amestecam toate ingredientele, avand grija ca morcovii sa fie mozoliti bine in sos :) Lasam peste noapte la frigider si savuram a doua zi. O nebunie!

ENGLISH VERSION
The 7 days of raw food experiment is going well and I feel great! :) Here’s what I’ve been cooking: a delicious carrot salad, so full of flavor. The carrots are marinated in a sauce made from olive oil, soy sauce, Himalaya salt and cayenne pepper, we’got crunchy red onion, caraway and sesame seeds…. Mmmmm… I declare this salad insanely good! :)
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 3 carrots
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari, the gluten-free version)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- a few cloves of garlic
- Himalaya salt
- cayenne pepper
Peel the carrots into thin long slices with a peeler. You can also grate them if you want. Chop the onion and parsley and gently combine all the ingredients, making sure that all the carrots are dipped in the sauce :) Store in the fridge overnight and serve the next day. Insanity! :)
