Aceasta salata e aproape magica :) Legumele va ofera o portie zdravana de vitamine, nautul si tofu sunt satioase si consistente, au proteine, tahini e calciu curat, anyway, beneficiile sunt multiple, clar :)

Ingrediente (2 portii)
- 1 conserva de naut (400g)
- 150g Tofu
- masline negre
- rosii
- castraveti
- 1 tija de telina Apio
- 1 legatura de patrunjel
- 2 lg ulei de masline
- 1 lg tahini
- sare roz de Himalaya (sau sare de mare neiodata)
- piper
Amestecam nautul scurs, branza tofu taiata cubulete, legumele taiate, patrunjelul tocat marunt (eu pun si coditele), uleiul de masline, tahini-ul, sare si piper dupa gust. As simple (and healthy) as it gets ;) Pofta mare!

This salad is almost magical :) The vegetables come with a large portion of vitamins, the chickpeas and tofu have quality proteins and are very filling, tahini is pure Calcium, anyway, there are clearly many benefits :) Should I also mention that it’s tasty, helps you keep in shape and it’s ready in 10 minutes?
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 1 can of chickpeas (400g)
- 150 g Tofu
- black olives
- tomatoes
- cucumbers
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp tahini
- pink Himalaya salt (or iodine-free sea salt)
- pepper
Mix the drained chickpeas, chopped tofu, vegetables and parsley. Season with olive oil, tahini, salt and pepper to taste. As simple (and healthy) as it gets ;) Enjoy!
