De cand au aparut verdeturile in piata am pus salatele pe repeat, zilnic mananc cel putin una :) Mai ales daca include si leurda, caci sunt innebunita dupa aceste frunzulite cu miros puternic de usturoi. Asadar, sa ne vitaminizam cu o delicioasa salata de primavara.

Ingrediente (1 portie):

  • 2 legaturi de leurda
  • 4-5 frunze de salata verde
  • 2 castraveti
  • 1 legatura de ridichi
  • cateva rosii cherry
  • o mana de masline
  • 2 cepe verzi
  • ulei de masline
  • otet de mere

Taiem toate ingredientele dupa bunul plac, le amestecam usor, asezonam salata cu ulei de masline si otet de mere. Servim cu paine integrala si branza proaspata sau tofu. Cea mai simpla si rapida cina: primavara intr-o farfurie :) Sa avem pofta!

Now that the local markets are filled with fresh herbs and vegetables I put salads on repeat mode, I eat at one every day :)  Especially if it includes ramson, I am so crazy for these tony garlic scented leaves. So, let’s get our vitamins up with a delicious spring salad.

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 2 bunches of ramson (bear’s garlic)
  • 4-5 fresh lettuce leaves
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • a couple of cherry tomatoes
  • a handful of olives
  • 2 spring onions
  • olive oil
  • apple cider vinegar

Simply chop all the ingredients as you like, gently combine them and season the salt with olive oil and apple vinegar. The easiest and most simple dinner: spring on a plate :) Enjoy!
