Vara as manca salate la orice ora, chiar si la micul dejun :)  Se fac imediat, iar legumele proaspete si zemoase parca domolesc putin canicula. Aceasta salata de ton, capere si rosii e foarte gustoasa si hranitoare datorita proteinelor din carnea de ton. Pofta mare!

Ingrediente (1 portie):

  • 1 rosie mare
  • 200g ton in suc propriu
  • 2 lg capere
  • o mana de masline
  • 1/2 ceapa rosie micuta
  • cateva fire de marar
  • ulei de masline

Taiem rosia rondele si le asezam frumos pe farfurie. Deasupra punem cubulete de ton bine scurse, capere spalate, masline, marar tocat si solzisori de ceapa rosie. Trebuie sa arate frumos neaparat :) Picuram putiiin ulei de masline deasupra si masa e servita! :)


In the summertime I could eat salads all day long, lunch, dinner and even breakfast :) They’re so easy to make and the fresh juicy veggies are perfect for hot weather. This tuna, caper and tomato salad is very tasty and nourishing thanks to the protein in the tuna. Enjoy!

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 large tomato
  • 200 g tuna in brine
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • a handful of olives
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • a few threads of dill
  • olive oil

Slice the tomato and nicely arranges the pieces on a plate. Place the tuna chunks on top, rinsed capers, olives, chopped dill and red onion. It has to look nice :) Drizzle a little olive oil on top and lunch is served! :)
