Salatele sunt bune, sanatoase, dar parca vrem si ceva mai deosebit cateodata, nu? :)
Aceasta salata exotica e foarte gustoasa si are si reale proprietati detoxifiante. Iar de detoxifiere avem nevoie cu totii primavara. Cantitatile sunt pentru o portie generoasa (adica nu mai mancam si altceva la masa respectiva, da? :)) Salata sushi.
Ingrediente (1 portie)
- 1 avocado
- 2 castraveti
- 1 morcov
- o mana de germeni (de lucerna am folosit)
- o mana bogata de verdeturi (am pus ce am avut in frigider: patrunjel si untisor)
- 1 foaie de alge Nori
- 1 lg seminte de susan
- 1 lgt ghimbir proaspat ras
- 1 lg sos Tamari
- sucul de la o lamaie
Pregatim sosul intai: amestecam ghimbirul ras, sosul Tamari si zeama de lamaie.
Apoi, intr-un bol mare azvarlim legumele tocate, foia de nori taiata fasii subtiri (cu foarfeca :), germenii si verdeturile. Asezonam cu sosul preparat si presaram semintele de susan deasupra. Pofta mare!

Salads are good and healthy, sure, but sometimes I feel like we I something special, don’t you? :) This exotic salad is very tasty and has real detoxifying properties. And we all sure need detox in the springtime. The quantities are for 1 large serving (which means we won’t anything else at that meal, ok? :))
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 carrot
- 1 handful of sprouts (I used alfalfa sprouts)
- 1 handful of green vegetables (I used what I had in the fridge: parsley and lesser celandine)
- 1 Noris Sheet (you can find it in the supermarket in Asian products section)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp Tamari sauce
- juice of 1 lemon
First prepare the dressing: mix the grated ginger, Tamari sauce and lemon juice.
To prepare the salad, mix the chopped avocado, cucumbers, carrot, greens and strips of Nori (I cut them with a scissors :) together in a bowl and toss with the salad dressing. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top to garnish. Enjoy!
