Ca sa aratam si sa ne simtim bine trebuie sa punem in farfurie zilnic legume si verdeturi. Ideal e sa mancam cateva cruditati la fiecare masa, dar e acceptabila si o salata bogata ca aceasta la pranz sau cina :-)
Maioneza de avocado e foarte gustoasa, satioasa, si contine grasimi vegetale benefice. O puteti folosi si in alte retete ca inlocuitor al maionezei clasice ;-)

Ingrediente (1 portie)

  • mix de salata (ruccola, spanac, valeriana etc)
  • 2 castraveti cornison
  • 8 rosii cherry
  • 1 morcov
  • 3-4 ridichi
  • 1/2 ceapa rosie
  • patrunjel, marar
  • maioneza de avocado (reteta aici)

Intr-un bol mare asezam frunzele de salata, iar deasupra lor: castravetii taiati cubulete, rosiile cherry taiate in 2, rondelele de morcov, inelele de ceapa rosie, ridichile feliate si verdeturile tocate. Adaugam maioneza de avocado peste legume si servim imediat. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

To look and feel good we must eat vegetables and herbs every day. The ideal is to have some for every meal, but a large salad like this one for lunch or dinner is also ok :) Avocado mayonnaise is very tasty, filling and has plenty of good vegetable fat. You can use it in other recipes as replacement for original mayonnaise :)

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • salad mix (arugula, baby spinach, corn salad etc)
  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 3-4 radishes
  • 1/2 red onion
  • parsley, dill
  • avocado mayo (recipe here)

in a large bowl place the salad leaves and on top of them arrange the: sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes cut in half, chopped carrot, onion rings, sliced radishes and chopped herbs. Add the mayonnaise over the vegetables and serve right away. Enjoy!
