Fara sare si piper, preparatul devine si baby-friendly.

ENGLISH VERSION

I bought more perch fillets and after baking a couple with veggies and wine and seeing how delicious this fish is, I wanted to try something else, so I made Air fried cornmeal crust perch :) Because you know I am not a fan of deep oil frying :) these fillets turned out super yummy, crispy on the outside and filled with sweet fish meat :) Leave out the salt ad pepper makes this recipe baby friendly, too :)

Ingredients (8 pcs):

  • 2 perch fillets
  • 80 g cornmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt*
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch of pepper*
  • oil for spraying

Cut the perch fillet into medium pieces, I got 8 pieces from my 2 fillets. Combine the cornmeal with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Spray some oil on the Air-fryer rack so that it won’t stick.

Dip each fish piece into the beaten egg and then into the cornmeal mix. Put the coated fish pieces in the Air-fryer, spray with oil (do not skip this part, it makes the fish tastier). Cook for about 12-15 min, until lovely golden. Serve with your favorite veggies or fries. Enjoy!
