Surpriza! Iata a 2a reteta aniversara :) Pentru ca sunt nascuta fix cu 10 zile inainte de Craciun, va propun o bautura senzationala pentru sarbatorile ce urmeaza si nu numai :) Sangria cu cidru de mere. Veti face furori in randul invitatilor, garantat! :D
Ingrediente (6 portii):
- 750ml vin alb
- 2 cani cidru de mere (500ml)
- 1/2 cana vodka (125ml)
- 2 mere
- 1 portocala
- 1 para
- 1 cana merisoare (130g sau 1/2 rodie)
- 1 lg miere
- 3 batoane de scortisoara
- 1 cana apa minerala (250ml)
Spalam bine fructele si le taiem cubulete (mai putin merisoarele), cu tot cu coaja, dar inlaturand cotoarele. Intr-o carafa mare sau borcan (eu am folosit chiar o vaza :)))) Punem fructele tocate, merisoarele, scortisoara si mierea, apoi turnam peste ele vinul, cidrul si vodka.
Amestecam bine, strivind usor fructele pentru a-si lasa din zeama si lasam sangria la rece peste noapte. Inainte de servire turnam si apa minerala. Noroc si la multi ani! :)!

Surprise! Here’s the 2nd anniversary recipe today :) Because I am born exactly 10 days before Christmas, I give you this amazing cocktail recipe for the following holidays and not only :) Apple ciders sangria. It will be a great hit among your guests, I guarantee! :D
Ingredients (6 servings):
- 750 ml white wine
- 2 cups apple cider (500ml)
- 1/2 cup vodka (125ml)
- 2 apples
- 1 orange
- 1 pear
- 1 cup cranberries (130g or 1/2 pomegranate)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup sparkling mineral water (250ml)
Wash the fruits and roughly chop them (except the cranberries), keeping the peel on and discarding the cores. In a large pitcher (or jar, I used a vase :))) add the fruit, cranberries, cinnamon and honey, then pour over them the wine, cider and vodka.
Stir well, slightly smashing the fruits, to get the most out of their juice, then place the sangria in the fridge overnight. Add sparkling mineral water right before serving. Cheers! :)
