Vremea rece ne impinge la mai multe seri petrecute acasa pe canapea, la un film bun si un ceai fierbinte. Dar parca se preteaza si ceva de rontait, nu? :) Saratele cu mei si quinoa. Integrale, cu multe fibre si guilt-free. Si foarte, foarte bune :) Multumesc Ina pentru reteta!
Ingrediente:
- 1 cana faina integrala de secara (120g)
- 1/2 cana faina de quinoa (60g)
- 1/2 cana faina de mei (70g)
- 2 lg fulgi de drojdie inactiva
- 2 lg mix de seminte (chimen, mei, in, susan, mac…)
- 1/2 cana ulei de masline (125ml)
- 1/2 cana apa plata (125ml)
- 1 lgt sare de Himalaya
Amestecam ingredientele uscate intr-un bol, apoi adaugam putin cate putin apa si uleiul si framantam bine pana obtinem un aluat moale. Il punem intre 2 hartii de copt si il intindem cu sucitorul intr-un strat grosut. Decupam saratelele dupa bunul plac si le coacem la 180 C aprox 25 de minute, pana arata putin rumene. Rontaiala placuta!

The bad weather makes us wanna stay home, on the couch, watch a movie and drink a hot cup of tea. But some nibbling would also be great, right? :) Millet and quinoa crackers. With lots of fiber and guilt-free. And also really, really good :)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole rye flour (120g)
- 1/2 cup quinoa flour (60g)
- 1/2 cup millet flour (70g)
- 2 tbsp inactive yeast flakes
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds (caraway, millet, flax, sesame, poppy seeds…)
- 1/2 cup olive oil (125ml)
- 1/2 cup water (125ml)
- 1 tsp Himalaya salt
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl, then gradually add the water and olive oil and mix it well until you get a soft dough. Roll the dough pretty thick between 2 sheets of baking paper and cut out the crackers. Bake them for about 25 min at 180 C, until crisp and brownish. Happy nibbling! :)
