Azi rontaim ceva bun de tot, saratele low carb cu mac :) Sunt foarte crocante, gustoase, o gustare ideala cu aroma de mac si seminte, merg si la micul dejun in loc de paine sau seara la film, cand vrem sa rontaim ceva bun :)
Ingrediente:
- 250g branza grasa de vaci
- 2 oua
- 100g cascaval
- 100g faina de migdale
- 1 lgt praf de copt
- 2 lg seminte de mac
- 1 lg seminte de in
- 1 lg seminte de susan
- 1/2 lgt sare
Dam cascavalul pe razatoare, apoi amestecam bine toate ingredientele cu o lingura. Tapetam o tava intinsa cu hartie de copt, preincalzim cuptorul la 170C.
Intindem uniform compozitia in tava, intr-un strat subtirel si o introducem in cuptor pentru 5 de min, cu ventilatia pornita.
Dupa 5 min compozitia s-a intarit putin, asa ca scoatem tava din cuptor, trasam cu un cutit sau rola de patiserie formele si introducem din nou tava in cuptor inca 10-15 min, pana saratelele sunt rumenite frumos. Pofta mare!
ENGLISH VERSION
Today we’ve got really delicious low carb cheese & poppy seed crackers :) They’re great even for breakfast, as a substitute for bread :)
Ingredients:
- 250 g cottage cheese*
- 2 eggs
- 100 g cheese
- 100 g almond meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
Grate the cheese, then mix well all the ingredients with a spoon. Grease a large tray and line it with baking paper, preheat the oven to 170 C. Evenly spread the mixture on the whole surface of the tray into a thin layer and bake for 5 min, with the ventilation on.
5 min later the mixture has thickened, so take the tray out of the oven and cut out the desired shapes. Bake 10-15 min more, until golden brown. Enjoy!
Arata atat de bine. Dar oare ar merge adaptate cu tofu si fara cascaval?
Cati, cred ca poate fi inlocuit cascavalul cu tofu, insa nu garantez omiterea branzicii de vaci :) Seara frumoasa!
