A venit toamna, incep scolile si gradinitele, iar diminetile parintilor si nu numai sunt din ce in ce mai „pe fuga”, orice minut conteaza :) Asa ca blenderul e cel mai bun prieten al meu, ma ajuta sa fac un smoothie-mic dejun super sanatos, plin de nutrienti, care imi va oferi un start excelent pentru intreaga azi. And the best thing about it e ca se poate lua la pachet si savura oriunde, in masina, metrou… :)
Ingrediente (1 portie):
- 100g afine
- 1 banana coapta
- 250ml lapte de migdale
- 1 lg seminte de canepa
- 1 lg seminte de in
- 2 lg fulgi de ovaz
- 1 lg unt de arahide natural, nesarat
- 1 lgt seminte de chia
- 1 mana de baby spanac/kale (optional)
Pur si simplu mixam toate ingredientele in blender pana la omogenizare. Nu e nevoie de nici un indulcitor, banana e suficienta, dand o dulceata naturala minunata. Turnam smoothie-ul intr-un pahar cu capac si o zbughim pe usa :D O zi minunata!

Autumn is here, schools and kindergartens are starting and mornings are on the run for all parents and not only, every minute counts :) So the blender is my best friends, it helps me make a super healthy smoothie, packed with nutrients to give me a great start of the day. And the best thing about it is that you can take and enjoy it anywhere:)
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 100 g blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 250 ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 2 tbsp oatmeal
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter, unsalted
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 handful baby spinach/kale (optional)
Simply mix all the ingredients in the blender, until smooth and creamy. There’s no need of a sweetener, the banana gives the smoothie a natural pleasant sweetness. pour the smoothie in a travel jar and walk out the door :) A lovely day!
