Dupa inca 2 zile de Frufru Slim detox, am vrut sa fac treptat trecerea la o alimentatie normala, asa ca primul mic dejun a fost acest delicios smoothie cu banane si curmale. E atat de dulce si gustos, trebuie sa il incercati, sunt sigura ca o sa placa la nebunie! :)

Ingrediente (2 portii):

  • 2 banane coapte
  • 400ml lapte de migdale
  • 5 curmale fara samburi
  • o mana de migdale crude
  • 1 lg maca (optional, pentru extra energie)
  • 1 lgt scortisoara pudra

Mixam bine totul in blender si savuram un mic dejun delicios si sanatos :) Week-end fain!


After two days of juice detox I wanted to gradually start eating normal, so the first meal was this delicious banana and date smoothie. It’s so sweet and tasty, you’ve got to try it, I am sure you’ll love it!

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 400 ml almond milk
  • 5 pitted dates
  • a handful or raw almonds
  • 1 tbsp maca (optional, for the extra energy)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Simply mix everything in the blender and enjoy a healthy and delicious breakfast :) Have a lovely week-end!
