Se vede ca a venit primavara, in ultima vreme am postat doar retete „verzi” :)) Astazi nu am facut exceptie si am pregatit un smoothie delicios de kale si banane care, desi verde la culoare, e dulce si bunnn :) Varza kale contine foarte multe vitamine si fier (gasiti mai multe informatii aici), fiind ideala pentru mamicile care alapteaza, ca mine :) Cantitatile se pot injumatati foarte usor, pentru a face cate o portie odata.
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 400ml lapte de migdale neindulcit
- 2 banane
- 100g kale
- 4 lg sirop de artar
- 1 lg seminte de canepa
- 1 lgt seminte de chia
- 1/4 lgt scortisoara
- 1/4 lgt extract de vanilie
Inlaturam partea lemnoasa de la varza kale, apoi mixam bine toate ingredientele in blender si savuram imediat acest smoothie delicios.
Daca e foarte cald afara, adaugati si cateva cuburi de gheata pentru un „refresh” instant :) Pofta mare!

You can tell spring’s here by the „green” recipes I’ve been posting lately :)) Today I made no exception and prepared this delicious kale and banana smoothie; although it’s green, it’s very sweet and yummy :) Kale contains many vitamins and iron, it’s perfect for breastfeeding moms like me :)
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 400 ml almond milk
- 2 bananas
- 100 g kale
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Remove the thick stems from the kale, then simply blend everything really well and enjoy right away. Add a couple of ice cubes if it’s warm outside for an instant refresh :) Enjoy!
