In perioadele aglomerate in care am o mie de lucruri de facut obisnuiesc sa inlocuiesc micul dejun cu un super smoothie pentru a ma energiza la maxim. E si foarte practic dimineata, il fac rapid, il torn intr-o sticluta si-l iau la pachet sa-l beau in drum spre birou :) Cum tocmai a venit toamna, am facut un super smoothie cu dovleac, raw, delicios, mega-energizant si sanatos. Pun pariu ca nu credeati ca dovleacul crud poate fi atat de gustos :)
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 400g dovleac crud ras sau taiat cubulete
- 2 cani lapte vegetal (am folosit lapte de cocos, puteti folosi orice lapte vegetal preferati)
- 3-4 lg sirop de agave*
- 1 lgt scortisoara
- 1/2 lgt ghimbir proaspat ras (sau 1/4 lgt pudra de ghimbir)
- 1/4 lgt nucsoara macinata
- 1 lg maca (optional, pentru extra energizare :)
- fulgi de cocos, scortisoara pentru topping
Mixam bine toate ingredientele in blender, decoram cu fulgi de cocos, pudram cu scortisoara si savuram inainte de a incepe o zi plina :) Pofta mare!
*Keto/Low-carb: folositi un indulcitor adecvat: eritritol, tagatoza, Green Sugar, xylitol. Reteta inspirata de Gourmandelle

When I have a full schedule all day, I replace my breakfast with a super smoothie, to increase my energy level to the maximum. It’s also very practical in the morning, I make it quickly, I pour it in a bottle and sip from it on my way to work :) And since autumn is here, I prepared an delicious raw pumpkin smoothie, super energizing and healthy. I bet you didn’t think raw pumpkin could taste soo good :)
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 400 g raw pumpkin, chopped or grated
- 2 cups vegetable milk (I used coconut milk, but you can use any vegetable milk you like)
- 3-4 tbsp agave syrup*
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger (or 1/4 tsp ginger powder)
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp maca (optional, for the extra-energy :)
- coconut flakes, cinnamon for topping
Simply blend all the ingredients until nice and smooth, decorate with coconut flakes and cinnamon and enjoy before beginning a full, busy day :) Enjoy!
*Keto/Low-carb: use a proper sweetener: erythritol, stevia, xylitol, tagatesse.
