O mancare usoara si gustoasa in ton cu vremea insorita de afara: spaghete din dovlecei. Nu au chiar gust de paste, dar seamana foarte mult la aspect :) Si in combinatie cu un sos bun pentru paste, masline si ciuperci, aproape ca m-au pacalit! :)
Ingrediente (1 portie):
- 1 dovlecel mediu
- 150g sos de rosii pentru paste
- 50g ciuperci feliate
- 50g masline negre
- cateva fire de patrunjel
- sare si piper
Curatam dovlecelul de coaja si facem din el spaghete cu ajutorul unui spiralator de legume. Sau il puteti rade fasii lungi cu ustensila pentru decojit.
Amestecam spaghetele cu sosul de rosii, ciuperci, masline, sare si piper dupa gust. Presaram patrunjel proaspat tocat deasupra si savuram portia de „paste” wannabe :) Pofta mare!
ENGLISH VERSION
A light and easy dish, to match the sunny weather outside: courgette noodles. They don’t taste exactly like pasta, but they sure look alike :) And in combination with some quality pasta sauce, mushrooms and olives, they almost tricked me! :)
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 medium courgette
- 150 g tomato pasta sauce
- 50 g sliced mushrooms
- 50 g black olives
- a few parsley threads
- salt and pepper
Peel the courgette, then use a spiralizer to make spaghetti out of it. Or you can just make linguini with the peeler. Mix the spaghetti with the pasta sauce, mushrooms, olives, salt and pepper. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top and enjoy the „pasta” wannabe :)
