Un desert fin, cremos si cu aroma intensa de ciocolata: spuma de ciocolata amaruie, low carb, fara gluten si fara zahar rafinat, iar daca il doriti in varianta vegana (de post) folositi lapte de cocos gras in loc de smantana. Oricum ar fi, aceasta spuma e mega delicioass, perfecta pentru pasionatii de ciocolata si creme fine :) Enjoy!
Ingrediente (4 portii):
- 400ml smantana lichida*
- 50g ciocolata amaruie
- 1 lg cacao
- 2-3 lg xylitol
- 1 lgt extract de vanilie
- 1 pliculet de gelatina (10g)
- cacao nibs, fructe de padure pentru servit
Mai intai punem gelatina la inmuiat in 100ml de apa rece. Punem pe foc intr-o craticioara smantana, pudra de cacao, indulcitorul, vanilia si banutii de ciocolata. Aducem la punctul de fierbere amestecand constant, pana se dizolva ciocolata si avem o crema fina, fluida.
Luam craticioara de pe foc si adaugam si amestecul de gelatina, amestecand bine de tot cu un tel pana la omogenizare. Turnam in 4 cupe sau forme de silicon si introducem spuma in frigider, pana se intareste. Pofta mare!

*Smantana lichida fara caragenan am gasit pana acum doar aceste 3 sortimente: Laptaria cu Caimac, Sanlacta, Artesana si Ken Nata (cu 35% sau 38% grasime, se cumpara doar online). Smantana fara caragenan trebuie batuta cu putina zeama de lamaie, pentru a se intari, fiind naturala. Daca ati mai descoperit vreun alt brand, dati-mi de stire :)

ENGLISH VERSION
A smooth, creamy and chocolaty dessert: dark chocolate mousse, low carb, refined sugar free and gluten free. And you can make it vegan by substituting the cream with full fat coconut milk. Either way, it’s super delicious, perfect for chocoholics :) Enjoy!
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 400 ml heavy cream
- 50 g sugar-free dark chocolate (100% cocoa)
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 2-3 tbsp xylitol
- 1 tssp vanilla extract
- 1 sachet of gelatin (10g)
- cocoa nibs, fresh berries for serving
First soak the gelatin in 100 ml of cold water. Place in a pot on the stove the cream, cocoa, vanilla, sweetener and chocolate. Bring to a boil constantly stirring, until the chocolate is dissolved and you get a smooth fluid.
Turn the gas off and add the gelatin mixture, whisking everything well until smooth. Pour in 4 small cups or silicon molds and place in the fridge until set, Enjoy!
