Suc de mere, kiwi si ghimbir

Acum ca a venit primavara, racelile si virozele bat la usa, motiv pentru care e bine sa bem mai des cate un fresh de fructe si/sau legume, pentru o infuzie de vitamine. In aceasta frumoasa zi de duminica va recomand un suc delicios de mere, kiwi si ghimbir :) De savurat in parc la soare!

Ingrediente (4 portii):

• 5 mere verzi
• 300g kiwi
• 100g ananas
• ghimbir (o bucatica de 2 cm)
• cateva frunze de menta proaspata

Spalam bine toate ingredientele, taiem cubulete merele, fructele de kiwi si ananasul, decojim bucatica de ghimbir si o taiem in 2, apoi incepem sa introducem bucatile in storcator, alternand fructele si ghimbirul cu menta. Mi-a iesit 1 litru de suc din aceste cantitati. Delicios si sanatos! :)

Eu folosesc un slow juicer Hurom si sunt absolut indragostita de el :) Prin metoda de presare la rece se pastreaza toti nutrientii din fructe si legume, sucul iese gros si delicios, pulpa in cantitate foarte mica si uscata; aparatul e silentios, usor de folosit si se spala imediat :) Loove it! Il folosesc aproape zilnic. Abia astept sa ii dau si printesei suculet proaspat :)

Now that’s spring’s here it’s so easy to catch a cold or the flu, which is why it’s good to drink fruit and vegetable juices more often, for an infusion of vitamins. This sunny Sunday I propose this delicios apple, kiwi and ginger juice :) Do enjoy in the park!

Ingredients (4 servings):

• 5 green apples
• 300 g kiwi
• 100 g pineapple
• ginger (a 2 cm piece)
• a few fresh mint leaves

Wash well all the ingredients, chop the apples, kiwi and pineapple, peel the ginger slice and cut in half, then start to insert the pieces in the juicer, alternating the fruit and ginger with mint leaves. I got 1 liter of juice from these quantities. Delicious and healthy! :)

I use a Hurom juicer and I am totally in love with it :) The cold-pressing juicing method saves all the nutrients from fruit and vegetables, the juice is thick and delicious, you get very little and dry pulp; the device is silent and very easy to clean :) Loove it! I use it almost daily. I can’t wait to give my little princess fresh juice :)
