In meniu azi avem o calda si delicioasa supa crema de cartof dulce si morcovi, la multicookerul CrockPot Express cu gatire sub presiune. E gata in 10 minute, foarte gustoasa, dulce si e perfecta pentru micuti, avand o dulceata naturala superba si multe vitamine si fibre :)

Ingrediente:

  • 1 cartof dulce mare
  • 3 morcovi
  • 1 ceapa
  • 2 tije de telina apio
  • 200g dovleac
  • 1 lg mix de legume uscate (fara sare)
  • 1 praf de piper
  • 30g unt
  • 2 lg ulei de masline
  • crutoane si verdeata pentru servit

Mod de preparare

Decojim cartoful dulce, dovleacul si morcovii, taiem totul cubulete potrivite; taiem si ceapa in jumatate si telina apio bucati mari. Punem toate legumele in vasul multicookerului, adaugam 650ml de apa, mixul de legume deshidratate si putin piper.

Punem capacul, il rotim spre pozitia Inchis, rotim si valva de presiune si setam aparatul pe functia Manual, High Pressure, 10 minute. Dupa expirarea timpului, punem un prosopel pe capac si rotim cu grija valve de presiune spre pozitia Deschis, folosindu-ne de o spatula.

Transferam supa in alt vas mare, adaugam untul, uleiul de masline si pasam totul bine cu blenderul vertical. Servim supa calda cu verdeata proaspat tocata si crutoane, poate si un strop de ulei de masline extravirgin :) Buna de tot, pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Today’s menu features a delicious hot sweet potato carrot soup, with my CrockPot Express pressure cooker. It’s ready in 10 minutes, super tasty, sweet and perfect for your little ones, having a natural sweet taste, a beautiful coors and lots of vitamins and fiber :)

Ingredients:

  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 200 g pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp dry veggies mix (without salt)
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • croutons and fresh herbs for serving

Peel the sweet potato, pumpkin and carrots, cut them into medium pieces; cut the onion in half and the celery sticks into chunks. Put all the veggies in the pressure cooker pot add 650 ml of water, veggie mix and a pinch of pepper.

Put the lid on, rotate to Closed position, rotate the pressure valve, too and set on Manual, High Pressure, for 10 minutes. When the time’s up, put a cloth on the lid and carefully rotate the pressure valve to Open position, using a spatula.

Transfer the soup to another large pot, add the butter, olive oil and blend well everything with an immersion blender. Serve warm to hot with croutons and freshly chopped herbs, maybe even a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil :) Enjoy!
