Supa crema de ciuperci keto. Azi avem in meniu o mancare din gama „Comfort Food” delicioasa si fina: supa crema de ciuperci, in varianta keto. E super super buna si se face foarte usor si repede, ideala pentru cina :) Iar servita fierbinte e fix ceea ce trebuie intr-o zi friguroasa :) Si merge bine cu niste crutoane crutoane keto, reteta aici (4 portii a cate 2g net carbs si 241 cal)
Ingrediente (4 portii):
- 300g ciuperci Champignon
- 25g unt
- 1 ceapa
- 2 catei de usturoi
- 750L apa sau supa clara
- 200ml smantana lichida*
- sare, piper
Tocam ceapa si usturoiul si le calim in untul incins xam 2-3 min. Adaugam apoi ciupercile tocate grosier, gatim totul cam 7 min, amestecand in cand in cand.
Adaugam apa/supa, sare piper, amestecam si pasam totul la blender, apoi turnam smantana lichida si mai mixam putin. O servim fierbinte, pofta mare!
*Smantana lichida fara caragenan am gasit pana acum doar aceste 3 sortimente: Laptaria cu Caimac, Sanlacta, Artesana si Ken Nata (cu 35% sau 38% grasime, se cumpara doar online). Daca ati mai descoperit vreun alt brand, dati-mi de stire :) Reteta preluata si adaptata de aici.

Today we have a super delicious Comfort food on the menu: keto cream of mushroom soup. It’s super super delicious, easy and quick to make, perfect for dinner :) And if you serve it hot, it’s just the perfect thing on a cold day :) (4 servings of 2g net carbs and 241 cal each)
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 300 g Champignon mushrooms
- 25 g butter
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 750 L water or stock
- 200 ml heavy cream
- salt, pepper
Dice the onion and garlic, saute them in the heated butter for about 2-3 min. Add the roughly chopped mushrooms, cook for about 7 min, mixing from time to time.
Add the water, soup, salt and pepper to taste, puree it with a blender, then add the heavy cream and mix a little more. Serve hot, enjoy!
