O supa crema savuroasa de ciuperci care va va incalzi in aceste zile ploioase si friguroase :) Nucile de caju sporesc consistenta supei si se imbina perfect cu aromele de ciuperci si usturoi. Decoram supa cu verdeata, una-doua felii de ciupercute ca decor, paine integrala prajita si cina e servita! :)
Ingrediente:
- 1 kg ciuperci
- 1 cartof
- 1 radacina de pastarnac
- 1 ceapa
- 3 catei de usturoi
- 1 cub de supa bio
- 100g caju crud (ingredientul surpriza :)
- 3 lg ulei de masline
- sare si piper dupa gust
Curatam si tocam toate legumele si le punem la calit in uleiul de masline pana se rumenesc putin si parfumeaza bucataria :) Adaugam apoi apa in functie de cat de groase va plac supele crema, cubul de supa, sare si piper dupa gust si lasam sa fiarba.
Intre timp introducem in blender nucile de caju cu putina apa cat sa le acopere si mixam bine pana obtinem o crema fina, fluida. Dupa ce legumele au fiert, pasam totul cu blenderul vertical, adaugam crema de caju si amestecam bine tot. Servim fierbinte cu verdeata si paine integrala prajita. Pofta mare!
*Baby-friendly: folositi foarte putina sare doar dupa varsta de 1 an, iar piper cu masura, fiind un condiment puternic si iritant gastric. Caliti legumele la foc iute in putin apa, adagati uleiul de masline la final.
ENGLISH VERSION
A creamy delicious mushroom soup that will make you warm these cold rainy days :) The cashew nuts make the soup more filling and their flavor perfectly combines with the mushrooms and garlic. Decorate the soup with fresh herbs, a couple of slices of mushrooms and wholewheat toast and dinner is served! :)
Ingredients:
- 1 kg mushrooms
- 1 potato
- 1 parsnip
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 100 g raw cashews
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Peel and chop the vegetables and saute them in the vegetable oil until they turn brownish and their perfume invades the kitchen :) Add water depending on how thick you like cream soups, salt and pepper to taste and let the vegetables boil.
Meanwhile, put the cashew nuts in the blender with water just enough to cover them and blend everything until you get a nice fluid cream. After the vegetables are boiled, puree everything with the vertical blender,a dd the cashew cream and mix well. Serve hot with herbs and wholewheat toast. Enjoy!
