Un suc verde proaspat cu multe legume este sanatate curata, iar cel pe care vi-l propun astazi este si foarte bun la gust :)
Ingrediente (4 portii):
- 2 mere
- 1 cana baby spanac (30g)
- 1 cana castraveti (100g)
- 3 tulpini de telina Apio
- 50g seminte de canepa
- 1 radacina de ghimbir (2 cm)
- 1/2 legatura de patrunjel
- sucul de la o portocala
- 50ml suc de lime
Spalam si taiem legumele bucati potrivite, punem totul in blender impreuna cu un pahar mare de apa si mixam bine de tot.
Daca doriti, va opriti aici si savurati un smoothie delicios :) Eu am strecurat compozitia cu ajutorul unei pungi speciale (sau tifon fin) si am obtinut suc. Delicios si atat de sanatos!

ENGLISH VERSION
A fresh green juice with plenty of vegetables is so healthy and the one I am presenting you today is also very tasty :)
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 2 apples
- 1 cup baby spinach (30g)
- 1 cup cucumbers (100g)
- 3 celery stalks
- 50 g hemp seeds
- 1 ginger root (2 cm)
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- juice of 1 orange
- 50 ml lime juice
Wash and roughly chop all the veggies, put everything in the blender with a large glass of water and process well.
If you want, you can stop here and enjoy a delicious smoothie :) I drained the mixture with a special bag (you can also use a fine cloth) and I got juice. Delicious and so healthy… Enjoy! :)
