Dupa ce am creat reteta de crema proteica de ciocolata fara zahar si am primit de superbitati Emile Henry de la Kitchen Shop, am stiut ca trebuie sa fac o tarta cu „Nutella” mea proteica :) Aceasta tarta cu crema de ciocolata si mascarpone e ceva divisissim, trebuie sa o incercati, poate de 8 martie, ladies :) Si, domnilor, ahem, poate fi un cadou minunat de Ziua Femeii, wink wink :)

Ingrediente (10-12 portii):

But first, trebuie sa va povestesc despre acest set de tavi pentru tarte marca Emile Henry, sunt SUPERBE, produse in Franta din ceramica de cea mai buna calitate, care rezista la socuri termice: de la – 20°C, direct in cuptor, si invers. Mod de preparare:

Pentru blat punem intr-un bol faina de cocos, untul moale (la temperatura camerei), ouale, indulcitorul si guma xanthan (optionala, dar ajuta la elasticitatea aluatului). Amestecam bine tot cu o lingura, apoi cu mainile, pana obtinem un aluat omogen.

Presam uniform aluatul obtinut pe fundul tavii Emile Henry de tarta (cea mica, de 24cm diametru) si pe peretii acesteia. E un pic de modelat, dar merita :) Coacem blatul aprox 15 min la 170C, pana se rumeneste frumos.

Pentru crema batem cu mixerul crema de ciocolata cu crema mascarpone pana obtinem o compozitie fina. Puteti folosi, fireste, si Nutella :) Sau o crema de ciocolata fara zahar din comert, ca aceasta, e preferata mea. Punem crema in blatul racit de tarta, o intindem frumos cu o spatula si decoram tarta cu alune de padure.

O introducem in frigider peste noapte sau macar cateva ore. La rece, crema se va mai intari. Taiem tarta felii subtirele si o savuram, e dementiala :) Enjoy!

After creating this sugar free protein chocolate spread and receiving this gorgeous set of Emile Henry tart dishes, I knew I had to make a tart with my protein „Nutella” :) This chocolate mascarpone tart is a piece of heaven, you’ve got to try it, maybe for the 8th of March, ladies :) And, gentlemen, this set of tart dishes can make a wonderful Women’s Day gift, wink wink :)

Ingredients (10-12 servings):

  • Crust
  • 150 g coconut flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g powdered sweetener
  • 1 tsp xantan gum
  • Filling
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 400 g sugar free schocolate spread*
  • 70 g hazelnuts (topping)

For the crust put the ingredients in a bowl: coconut flour, softened butter (at room temperature), eggs, sweetener and xanthan gum(optional but helps with the elasticity of the dough). Mix well with a spoon, then knead a little with your hands, until you get a smooth dough.

Press the dough onto the bottom of the Emile Henry tart dish (the small one, 24 cm diameter) and its sides. There’s a little bit a work with arranging the dough on the dish, but it’s worth it :) Bake the crust for about 15 min at 170C, until nicely golden.

For the filling beat the chocolate spread and the mascarpone until smooth. You can of course use Nutella :) Or any store bought sugar free chocolate spread. Put the filling on the cooled tart crust and level nicely with a spatula. Decorate with hazelnuts and place in the fridge to set, ideally overnight. It will firm up a little when chilled. Cut into thin slices, enjoy!
