Zilele frumoase de vara incep mai frumos cu un mic dejun dulce si energizant :) Ca acest terci de ovaz delicios, plin de fibre si vitamine. Ca topping puteti folosi ce fructe doriti si fulgi de migdale, cocos, ce aveti bun prin camara :)
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 400ml lapte de cocos
- 8 lg fulgi de ovaz rasniti
- 2 lg Green Sugar
- 1/2 lgt scortisoara
- topping la alegere: am folosit capsuni si fulgi de migdale
Punem pe foc laptele de cocos si cand s-a incalzit suficient, adaugam fulgii de ovaz rasniti fin, scortisoara si amestecam constant. Terciul va incepe sa se ingroase, fiti cu ochii pe el :)
Dupa ce a capatat consistenta dorita, de gris cu lapte, il turnam in 2 boluri si adaugam feliute de capsuni, fulgi de migdale si savuram dupa ce nu mai e fierbinte :) Pofta mare!

The beautiful summer days start better with a sweet and energizing breakfast. Like this delicious coconut oatmeal, full of fiber and vitamins. You can use any topping you want: fruit, almond flakes, coconut flakes, whatever you like :)
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 8 tbsp ground oat flakes
- 2 tbsp sweetener
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- topping: I used strawberries and almond flakes
Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan and, when heated enough, add the ground oat flakes cinnamon and constantly stir. The porridge will start to thicken, keep an eye on it :) Once it reaches the desired consistency, pour in 2 bowl, add strawberry slices, almond flakes and cinnamon and enjoy it after it cools :) Enjoy!
