Terci de ovaz cu morcovi, special pentru fanii prajiturii carrot cake :) Nu o sa va vina sa credeti cat de bun, aromat si cremos e, servit cu topping de sirop de artar, nuci si chipsuri de cocos. E un mic dejun super, perfect daca tineti post, sau aveti in stil de viata vegan; iar daca fulgii de ovaz sunt gluten-free, acest terci se potriveste si persoanelor cu celiachie sau intoleranta la gluten :)
Ingrediente (2 portii):
- 350ml lapte de migdale
- 70g morcov (1 mediu)
- 60g fulgi de ovaz
- 2 lg stafide
- 2-3 lg sirop de artar
- 1/2 lgt condimente pt turta dulce sau scortisoara
- topping: nuci*, chipsuri de cocos, morcov ras, coaja rasa de portocala
Punem pe foc intr-o craticioara laptele vegetal (puteti folosi de care va place, dar sa fie neindulcit), adaugam morcovul dat pe razatoarea mare si fierbem cateva minute la foc mic, pana morcovul se inmoaie si isi lasa aroma.
Adaugam fulgii de ovaz, stafidele, siropul de artar, condimentele pt turta dulce sau scortisoara si mai tinem pe foc maxim 3-5 minute, amestecand constant, pana ovazul se inmoaie si obtineti consistenta dorita.
Se serveste bineteles cald, cu nuci si fulgi de cocos, puteti adauga si iaurt vegetal sau grecesc, dulceata, fructe proaspete, unt de arahide, migdale sau chiar picaturi de ciocolata fara zahar :) Yu-mmy! Mie mi s-a parut divina cu coaja rasa de portocala, Christmas in a bowl :) Pofta mare!

This carrot cake oatmeal is the bomb for carrot cake fans :) You will not believe how yummy and delicious this oatmeal is, creamy, rich and so full of flavor. It’s great if you are vegan and if the oatmeal is gluten free, it’s also suitable for people with Celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 350 ml almond milk
- 70 g carrot (1 medium)
- 60 g oatmeal
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp gingerbread spice mix
- topping: pecans, coconut chips, grated carrot, grated orange zest
Put the milk in a sauce pan over medium heat, ad the grated carrot and simmer for a couple of minutes, until the carrot softens and releases its flavor. Add the oatmeal, raisins, maple syrup, gingerbread spice mix and boil maximum 3-5 minutes, stirring, until creamy as desired.
Serve warm, of course, with coconut chips, pecans, maple syrup, vegan yogurt or Greek yogurt, preserve,, peanut butter or even chocolate chips :) Super yummy, enjoy!
