Inca o reteta delicioasa de toamna in cadrul campaniei Povesti savuroase de toamna #FaraZahar by NoSugarShop :) De data aceasta am pentru voi o reteta cu dovleac, pentru ca mereu imi ramane dovleac copt si incerc sa il folosesc la mai multe bunatati :) Trufe low carb cu dovleac si mascarpone, invelite in ciocolata fara zahar (12 buc a cate 77 cal si 4g net carbs)

Ingrediente (12 buc):

Punem intr-un bol toate ingredientele (mai putin glazura de ciocolata) si le pasam bine cu blenderul vertical pana obtinem o crema omogena.

Punem cu lingurita crema in forme de silicon (orice forme de silicon aveti) si le introduce in congelator pana se intaresc suficient cat sa fie scoase usor din forme.

Picuram ciocolata topita deasupra si le savuram cu lingurita, ca pe mini inghetate :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Another delicious autumn recipe with pumpkin, because I always have extra roasted pumpkin so I think f delicious ways to use it :) (12 pcs of 77 cal and 4g net carbs each)

Ingredients (12 pcs):

  • 200g roasted pumpkin
  • 70 g mascarpone
  • 20g eritritol, finely ground
  • 25g coconut flour
  • 25g almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp rum essence
  • 50g sugar free chocolate for the topping

Place all the ingredients in a bowl (except chocolate for the glaze) and blend with a vertical blender until smooth. Spoon the cream into silicone molds and place in the freezer until solid and easy to pop out of the molds.

Drizzle melted chocolate over them and eat them with a spoon, like mini ice creams :) Enjoy!
