Fie ca le savurati la micul dejun, brunch, gustare, cina and so on, aceste turte keto cu branza la tigaie sunt GE-NI-A-LE! Sunt extrem de gustoase, iar consistenta e minunata, sunt divine cu legume proaspete, noi le-am servit cu un minunat tzatzki :)
Ingrediente (8 buc):
- 100g faina de migdale
- 100g emmentaler ras
- 2 oua
- 1 lgt marar tocat (optional)
- 2 lgt ulei de cocos (dezodorizat, pt tigaie)
- pentru servire: legume, masline, tzatziki etc
Incinem tigaia la foc mic-mediu. Intre timp amestecam emmentalerul dat pe razatoare (merge si cu cheddar), ouale batute usor si faina de migdale. Din compozitie formam fix 8 bilute pe care le aplatizam, dandu-le o forma cat mai rotunda.
Le gatim in tigaia incinsa in care am pus putin ulei in jur de 2 min pe fiecare parte, pana sunt suficient de rumenite. Super simplu, rapid si gustos! Pofta mare :)

Whether you have them for breakfast, brunch, snack, dinner and so on, there keto skillet savory cakes are AMAZING! They are just so tasty and the consistency is wonderful, they’re divine with fresh veggies and homemade tzatziki :)
Ingredients (8 pcs):
- 100 g almond flour
- 100 g grated emmentaler
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp chopped dill (optional)
- 2 tsp coconut oil (deodorized, for the pan)
- for serving: veggies, olives, tzatziki etc
Heat the pan over medium heat. In the meantime, mix the grated emmentaler, almond flour and beaten eggs. Form 8 balls from this mixture and gently flatten then, giving them a round shape.
Cook in the hot pan greased with a little oil for about 2 min on each side, until they are golden enough. Super simple, quick and tasty! Enjoy!
