Nu mai stiti ce sa gatiti rapid si sanatos pentru cina? Iata o idee excelenta: varza de Bruxelles si ciuperci la cuptor :) Un fel de mancare aromat ce poate fi servit si pe post de garnitura. Yummy! :)
Ingrediente (4 portii):
- 500g varza de Bruxelles
- 500g ciuperci champignon
- 100g masline negre
- 4 lg tahini
- 3 lg ulei de masline
- 1 lgt oregano
- sare si piper
Spalam si curatam legumele, le taiem si le punem intr-o tava termorezistenta. Turnam ulei de masline deasupra si asezonam cu oregano, sare si piper.
Coacem totul in cuptor pentru 30-40 de minute, pana se rumenesc frumos legumele noastre. Turnam pasta de tahini deasupra si servim. Atat de simplu. Pofta mare!

You’re running out of ideas of fast and healthy dinner meals? Here’s a great one: roasted Brussels sprouts and mushrooms. A savory dish that can also be served as side dish. Yummy! :)
Ingredients (4 servings):
- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 500 g mushrooms
- 100 g black olives
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- salt and pepper
Wash and cut the vegetables in halves, then put them in a heat resistant dish. Pour over the olive oil and season with oregano, salt and pepper. Bake everything for about 30-40 min, until our veggies are nice and crisp. Sprinkle tahini over them and serve right away. As simple as that. Enjoy!
