Pentru ca iubitul meu a facut zilele trecute un muschiulet la cuptor foarte fraged si gustos, am folosit ce ne-a ramas la acest wrap, in care am mai adaugat ce mi s-a parut ca s-ar potrivi: pesto cu rosii uscate, avocado, ceapa rosie si ardei. Cel mai rapid pranz! :) Deci daca aveti resturi de friptura de orice fel si nu vreti sa gatiti in weekend, le puteti folosi la acest wrap :)

Ingrediente (1 portie):

  • 1 lipie (pt keto, reteta aici)
  • 2 lg pesto de rosii uscate
  • cateva bucati de friptura
  • 1/4 avocado
  • felii de ardei
  • ceapa rosie

Incalzim lipia in tigaia unsa cu foarte putin ulei, cate 2 min pe fiecare parte. O ungem apoi cu sosul pesto, puteti folosi orice pesto va place, eu am avut unul facut de mine, din rosii uscate (reteta aici).

Adaugam fasiutele de friptura, ardei taiati subtire, cubulete de avocado si rondele de ceapa rosie. Rulam lipia si fie o mancam asa, fie o feliem. Pofta mare! :)

ENGLISH VERSION

My honey made few days ago a super delicious roasted pork tenderloin, so I used the leftover in this super delicious pesto steak wrap, just by adding what I thought would go well: sundried tomato pesto, avocado, red onion and pepper. Quickest lunch ever! So if you have leftover cooked meat, this is a great way to use it :)

Ingredients (1 servings):

  • 1 tortilla (for keto version, recipe here)
  • 2 tbsp sun dried tomato pesto
  • a couple of steak slices
  • 1/4 avocado
  • red pepper slices
  • red onion

Heat the tortilla in a pan that’s been greased with just a little il, about 2 min on each side. Spread the pesto over it, you can use any pesto you like, I used this sun dried tomato pesto (recipe here).

Add the meat shreds, thinly cut peppers, diced avocado and sliced red onion. Roll the wrap and slice or eat just the that, whole :) Enjoy!
