O inghetata inedita, pe care trebuie sa o incercati, mai ales daca sunteti fan arome de toamna: cartof dulce, dovleac :) Dulceata naturala, scortisoara parfumata si aroma fina de cocos… O inghetata delicioasa, sanatoasa, fara zahar, din foarte putine ingrediente: inghetata de cartof dulce :)

Ingrediente (4 portii):

Decojim cartoful dulce, il taiem cubulete si le fierbem la aburi pana intra usor furculita in ele. Punem toate ingredientele in blender si mixam bine, potrivind gradul de „dulce” dupa gust si preferinte; s-ar putea sa nu fie nevoie deloc de indulcitor :) Tinem compozitia la racit in frigider, apoi o turnam in vasul masinii de inghetata tinut in prealabil in congelator si asteptam sa-si faca treaba :) Sau puteti folosi aceste forme de inghetata :) Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION 

An unique ice cream you’ve got to try, especially if you’re into autumn flavors: sweet potato, pumpkin… :) Natural sweetness, perfumed cinnamon and a fine hint of coconut… A delicious, healthy, sugar-free ice cream made from few ingredients: sweet potato ice cream :)

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 1 large sweet potato (approx 500 g)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 200 ml coconut cream
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder

Peel the sweet potato, chop into cubes until a forks easily penetrates them. Place all the ingredients in the blender and process well, setting the sweetness by taste and preferences; you might not need sweetener at all :) Keep the mixture in the fridge to chill, then pour in the ice cream maker (previously kept in the freezer, according to manufacturer’s instructions) and wait for it to make wonders :) Or use ice cream :) Enjoy!
