Sa indulcim acest weekend frumos cu un desert aromat de toamna: gaufre cu dovleac, parfumate si foaaarte gustoase. Pentru ca sunt sigura ca atunci cand coaceti dovleac nu stiti ce sa mai faceti cu el, in afara de: supa crema, paste cu dovleac, budinca de dovleac, briosemousse, inghetata si cate si mai cate :)

Ingrediente (14 buc):

  • 200g dovleac copt
  • 200g faina de ovaz*
  • 2 oua
  • 70g unt
  • 200ml smantana lichida
  • 2 lg miere
  • 1/2 lgt scortisoara
  • 1/4 lgt pudra de vanilie
  • 1/2 lgt condimente pt turta dulce (optional)
  • sirop de curmale/artar pentru servit

Eu am copt dovleacul in cuptor pana a intrat usor furculita in el, cam 30 de min (depinde de cat de mari taiati bucatile). Introducem in blender: dovleacul taiat cubulete si restul ingredientelor, mixam bine, pana obtinem o compozitie omogena grosuta. Puteti folosi fie un blender puternic, fie robotul de bucatarie sau chiar un blender vertical.

Punem din compozitie cu lingura in aparatul de facut gaufre preincalzit si il lasam sa isi faca treaba, aprox 2-3 min, in functie de aparat si dimensiuni. Cand gaufrele sunt destul de rumene si ferme la atingere, le scoatem usor din aparat si repetam procedeul pana terminam compozitia, mie mi-au iesit 14 buc. Pofta mare!

*Note: Puteti folosi si faina alba. Pentru copiii sub 1 an omiteti mierea.

Let’s sweeten this lovely weekend with these amazing pumpkin waffles, so full of flavor and so tastu :) Whne you roast a big pumpkin and don’t know what to with him other than: soup, pasta, pumpkin flan, muffins, pumpkin mousse, ice cream and so many more, try these waffles, too :)

Ingredients (14 pcs):

  • 200 g roasted pumpkin
  • 200 g oat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 g butter
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/2 tsp gingerbread spice mix (optional)
  • date/maple syrup for serving

I roasted the pumpkin for about 30 min, until  a fork could easily pierce it (it depends on the piece size). Blend the chopped pumpkin and all the rest of the ingredients until smooth and creamy. You can use a high speed blender or food processor.

Spoon the dough onto the preheated waffle maker and let it’s do it’s thing, for about 2-3 min, until the waffles are firm and golden-brown. Repeat until you finish the dough. Enjoy!
