S-a terminat vara, ne e doar de caldura, mare, plaja… Dar iata ca vine si toamna cu frumusetile si bogatiile ei… Nu ma pot hotari care anotimp imi place mai mult. Asa ca le-am combinat intr-un desert! :)) Inghetata de dovleac. Pur si simplu senzationala! :)

Ingrediente:

Taiem dovleacul bucati mari, il coacem in cuptor pana se inmoaie, apoi mixam bine totul in blender sau in robotul de nucatarie. Cand avem o crema fiiiina de tot, o introducem in congelator, amestecand din jumatate in jumatate de ora timp de vreo 2-3 ore. Punem in boluri si presaram nuci si sirop de artar deasupra. Mamma mia! :) Pofta mare!

*Baby-friendly: renuntati la nuci/alune de padure si indulciti cu miere/sirop de artar.

ENGLISH VERSION

Summer’s gone, we miss the heat, seaside, beach… But autumn is here with her beauties and richness… I can’t decide which of these two seasons I like more. So I combined both of them in a dessert! :)) Pumpkin ice cream. Simply sensational! :)

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium pumpkin
  • 250 ml coconut cream
  • 100 g brown sugar (or maple syrup)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • hazelnuts or walnuts and maple syrup for decorating

Chop the pumpkin into large chunks, bake them until soft, then process everything in the blender or food processor. When we have a smooth cream, put it in the freezer, mixing it with a fork every 30 min for 2-3 hours. Serve in bowls, sprinkle hazelnuts and maple syrup on top. Mamma mia! :) Enjoy!

*Baby-friendly option: lose the hazelnuts/walnuts.
