Fanii omleta, printre care ma numar si eu, vor aprecia aceste clatite pufoaaase si gustoase cu somon :) Sunt foarte bune, se fac rapid dimineata si se papa cu 1-2 linguri de iaurt grecesc. Si legume, bineinteles, nici o zi fara legume, ne-am inteles, da? :) Portiile sunt si foarte usor de dublat.
Ingrediente (1-2 portii):
- 2 oua
- 50g somon afumat
- 1 lg psyllium (pentru pufosenie :)
- un praf de piper
- cateva fire de marar
- iaurt grecesc pentru servire
- ulei spray pt tigaie
Batem ouale biine de tot :) Le amestecam cu somonul maruntit, lingura de psyllium, mararul taiat si el marunt si asezonam cu piper. Sare nu, pentru ca e destul de sarat somonul.
Coacem clatitele in tigaia nonaderenta pe ambele parti pana se rumenesc putin. Mie mi-au iesit 4 „inimioare”, am folosit o forma de silicon haioasa foc :) Le servim cu verdeata si iaurt. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION
Omelette fans, including myself, will be really fond of these fluffy and tasty salmon pancakes :) They are so good, you can make them quickly in the morning and enjoy them with Greek yogurt. And vegetables, of course, not one day without vegetables, are we understood? :) The portions are super easy to double.
Ingredients (1-2 servings):
- 2 eggs
- 50 g smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp psyllium
- a pinch of pepper
- a couple of fresh dill
- Greek yogurt to serve
- spray oil for the pan
Beat the eggs really well :) Add the chopped salmon, psyllium, chopped dill and season with pepper. Don’t add salt, the salmon is salty enough. Fry the pancakes in a nonstick pan on both sides until slightly brown. These quantities make about 4 pancakes, mine were heart-shaped :) Serve with yogurt and veggies. Enjoy!
