Vine, vine priimavaraa! Si vremea frumoasa de afara parca ne indeamna sa petrecem cat mai putin timp in bucatarie :) Acest fudge cu unt de arahide se face imediat, amesteci ingredientele, il pui intr-o tavita in congelator si pana te-ai intors din parc e gata desertul! :) Multumesc mult prietenilor de la Solaris pentru ingredientele delicioase!

Ingrediente (9 portii):

Amestecam bine toate ingredientele cu un tel, turnam compozitia intr-o tava micuta (15*15 cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt si o introducem in congelator pana se intareste. Taiem fudge-ul patratele si il savuram cu pofta. Eu am presarat pe fiecare cubulet nuca de cocos. Se pastreaza in congelator si se consuma repede dupa ce e scos, pentru ca se inmoaie :) Pofta mare!

Spring is coming! Let’s not spend too much time in the kitchen :) This amazing peanut butter fudge is so quickly to make, just whisk all the ingredients, put in the freezer in a pan and when you come back from the park you have a delicious dessert waiting for you :)

Ingredients (9 servings):

  • 250 g natural peanut butter
  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 100 ml maple syrup
  • seeds from 1 vanilla bean
  • topping: coconut chips

Whisk well all the ingredients in a bowl, pour the mixture in a small pan (15×15 cm) lined with baking paper and place in the freezer to set. Cut the fudge into squares and enjoy. I sprinkled some coconut chips on top. Store in the freezer and eat quickly because it melts :) Enjoy!
