Aveam in frigider smantana lichida neindulcita inceputa, niste ciuperci “obosite” si un cas de tara care incepuse sa o “ia din loc”, asa ca l-am curatat frumos de margini si am pregatit o bunatate de tarta cu ciuperci si branza :) Si asa am evitat sa arunc mancare pe punctul de a se strica to stop the #foodwaste. Nu numai ca a iesit o mancare super gustoasa si hranitoare, am savurat-o cu un pahar de vin rosu sec. YUMMYYY! :)

Ingrediente:

  • 350g cas proaspat
  • 2 oua
  • 300ml smantana lichida
  • 250g ciuperci Champignon
  • 1 ceapa
  • 30g unt
  • 2 lg psyllium
  • 2 lg faina de cocos
  • 150g cascaval

Incingem o tigaie in care topim untul, adaugam ceapa tocata marunt, o calim pana devine translucida. Adaugam apoi ciupercile feliate, pe care le gatim pana scade zeama lasata de ele.

Maruntim casul cu furculita, adaugam ouale si smantana lichida, omogenizam bine tot. Adaugam taratele de psyllium, faina de cocos si amestecam. Acestea 2 au rolul de a absorbi din lichide.

Intr-o tava de tarta punem jumatate din mixul de ciuperci si ceapa, adaugam compozitia lichida, apoi restul de ciuperci. Radem deasupra cascavalul si coacem tarta cam 30 min la 180C, cu ventilatia pornita in ultimele min, pana se rumeneste frumos. Se taie calduta si se serveste imediat. Dar e buna si rece :) Cheers!

ENGLISH VERSION

I had in the fridge the following: an opened cart of heavy cream, some old mushrooms and a pieces of fresh cheese that had also been there for quite some time, so I cut the crust and prepared this amazing mushroom and cheese quiche :) And so I avoided throwing away food about to get bad and stopped the #foodwaste. And not only I made a super delicious meal, but I also enjoyed with a glas or dry red wine. YUMMYYY! :)

Ingredients:

  • 350g fresh cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 250 g Champignon mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 tbsp psyllium
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 150 g melting cheese

Melet the butter in a hot pan, add the diced onion and cook until translucid. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook them until their juice reduces. Inci

Mash the cheese with a fork, add the eggs and heavy cream, mix well. Add the psyllium and coconut flour and mix. These last 2 absorbs the liquids.

Add half of the mushroom mix in a tart pan, add the liquid mixture then the other half of the mushrooms. Grate the melting cheese on top and bake for about 30 min at 180 C, until lovely golden brown, with the ventilation on in the last mins. Cute warm and serve, but it’s also god cold :) Cheers!
