Briose light pufoase si aromate cu banane, mirodenii si chocolate chips. Nu contin pic de grasime, dar sunt atat de bune ca dau dependenta :)

Ingrediente (18 bucati)

  • 150g faina integrala de secara
  • 100g faina alba
  • 4 banane coapte
  • 4 oua
  • 150 ml iaurt grecesc light
  • 100g xylitol (sau zahar brun)
  • 1 lgt praf de copt
  • 1 lgt bicarbonat de sodiu
  • seminele de la 1 pastaie de vanilie
  • 150g chocolate chips (sau ciocolata neagra tocata)

Batem ouale bine, adaugam iaurtul, indulcitorul, bananele facute piure cu furculita sau cu blenderul. Adaugam cele 2 tipuri de faina si restul ingredientelor.

Bucatile de ciocolata se pun la sfarsit. Punem compozitia in forme de silicon pentru briose si le coacem la cuptor la 170 de grade cam 30 de min sau pana trec testul scobitorii. Le scoatem din forme si le lasam la racit pe un gratar. Pofta mare va doresc!

Fluffy muffins with bananas, spices and chocolate chips. They don’t contain fat and they are actually addictive :)

  • 150 g whole rye flour
  • 100 g white flour
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 ml light Greek yogurt
  • 100 g xylitol (or brown sugar)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sodium bicarbonate
  • seeds from 1 vanilla bean
  • 150 g chocolate chips (or chopped dark chocolate)

Beat the eggs well, then add the yogurt, sweetener and mashed bananas. Add the 2 types of flour and the rest of the ingredients. In the end stir in the chocolate chips.

Bake the muffins in silicon molds at 170 C for about 30 min, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Take them out from the molds and let them cool on a rack. Enjoy!
