Pentru ca iubitul meu nu se omoara dupa retete low-carb, fara zahar, fara gluten and so on, pregatesc si mancaruri simple, traditionale, pentru toata familia. Nu gatesc doar chestii inedite, ca sa nu zic ciudate :)) Si pentru ca m-am indragostit de aparatul de gaufre, am testat reteta de baza de gaufre belgiene (gofre, waffe), pufoase si tare gustoase. Ne-au placut foarte mult tuturor, mai ales Ilincai :)
Ingrediente (12 buc):
- 2 oua
- 100g unt topit
- 200g faina alba
- 150ml lapte
- 2 lg zahar brun/miere/sirop de artar*
- 1/2 lgt praf de copt
- 1/2 lgt extract de vanilie
Incalzim aparatul de gaufre cu 5 minute inainte sa ne apucam de treaba. Introducem in blender toate ingredientele si mixam bine, pana obtinem o compozitie omogena grosuta, ca laptele batut. Eu le fac de multe ori si cu telul :)
Punem din compozitie cu lingura de inghetata in aparat si il lasam sa isi faca treaba, aprox 2-3 min, in functie de aparat si dimensiuni.
Cand gaufrele sunt destul de rumene, le scoatem usor din aparat si repetam procedeul pana terminam compozitia. Le servim calde cu ce dorim, noi le-am savurat cu iaurt grecesc, capsuni si miere :) Pofta mare!
*Baby-friendly: indulciti cu doar putin sirop de artar sau miere (+1an), optional.
ENGLISH VERSION
My husband is not a fan of low carb, gluten-free etc, so I cook regular traditional meals, too. I don’t cook just these fancy foods on my blog, strange to some people :)) And because I am in love with my new waffle maker, I tried the classic vanilla Belgian waffles, super fluffy and tasty, we all loved them, especially Ilinca :)
Ingredients (12 pcs):
- 2 eggs
- 100 g melted butter
- 200 g all purpose flour
- 150 ml milk
- 2 tbsp brown sugar* (maple syrup for baby-friendly version)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
First of all turn the waffle iron on 5 min before. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and slightly thick. I very often use just a whisk :) Pour the batter with an ice cream scoop into the preheated iron and cook for 2-3 min, depending on the device type.
When the waffles are done, carefully put on a plate and repeat with the rest of the batter. Serve warm with whatever you like, we had them with Greek yogurt, strawberries and honey :) Enjoy!
